It sounds like a very typical title for ears but the fact of the matter is that its time for us to act and act well for our own health. This article will basically talk about the importance of being physically and mentally fit & its fruitful effects in our day-to-day life.
We have started living our lives like a high speed broadband internet & in doing that what we forget is the basic principles of maintaining good health.
our usual breakfast is on the way to work,non hygienic lunch followed by the dinner full of junk food.

The world is in danger of getting effected with serious diseases like diabetes, obesity and heart related deceases ETC if we fail to act in timely manner.
We need to build a strong workforce to fight against the most terrible and devastating pandemic ever, which should be capable enough to foresee the challenges and also have the great passion and agility to make the proverb "prevention is better than cure" come true.
Following are the points to follow to live the life the king's way because kings do not live under pressure and they are seen to be the most relaxed individuals in the world.
Proper dietary habits
This is very important to keep ourselves mentally fit and also physically. Avoiding junk food, having little but good breakfast with nutrition will keep us up and running and will set us up for the whole day.

While most of us will be at work by lunch time its indeed a great idea to try and pack some stuff for lunch from home itself as some rightly said "there is no place like home in the world" similarly there is no food like the one cooked at home which of course will save us few dollars.
Dinner @ home with loved ones.
Its also nice feeling to have dinner to end the tiring day with family and friends and sleep for the required number of hours to keep us ready for the next day, week and month avoiding alcohol and smoking cigarettes do surely contribute towards good health "Give up or Give in" the harmful effects of cigarette and alcohol would damage kidneys and lungs so either give them up or give in before these brutal deceases.
Physical fitness is associated with mental fitness and vice versa to lead a healthy and long life we need to gain momentum in both branches of fitness which is only possible when we more than dedicatedly follow what experts advice but we sure can keep away from unhygienic and junk food if possible may be we can join anti smoking and anti alcohol campaign its just optional.if you have decided to follow what's been told so far then you truly will live your life the kings way.Be healthy and be happy forever.
